What makes this a Mystery Quilt Along is that you will only see the quilt one block at a time so you won’t know exactly what you’re making until the very end. This is exciting for some, and fear-inspiring for others but rest assured the quilt is beautiful!

And you can walk around the lovely grounds of Christ the King Retreat House. The Quilt Retreat will begin on Monday, May 4 and end at noon on Thursday, May 7, 2015. The Knitting The Knitting Corner Corner Hopefully you finished all your knitted gifts for Christmas. But if you didn't there's always next year! Those of us who do handwork often plan to do more than humanly possible…at least I do and I always work close to deadlines. Now in the New Year, let’s start something new, try a new yarn, a new technique, new needles, a brand new project. There is so much lovely yarn to try and many patterns in our books and magazines. Knitting is a really good activity for the winter months, settle down in a comfortable spot and knit away. Check out the knitting classes being offered. Our Sale yarn is now located in the yarn department and there are always new additions. We seem to have very few newborn and infants hats being donated and would love to have more, they are a great way to use up leftover yarn. A very Happy New Year to all our knitting customers. ~ Kitsie Demeree
