We are currently seeking experienced, friendly, and compassionate Home Care Nurses to provide private nursing care for adults. Accu-care Nursing Service, Inc. is an experienced and competent service with the highest degree of professionalism. We are fully licensed by the state of Florida and screen all of our employees through the Agency for Healthcare Administration. Accu-Care provides various medically and life relevant services to its clients. We understand that everyone desires to be healthy and independent. Over the past 20 years we have crafted our services to provide a safe and open working relationship with our clients. Some social life services we provide are: assisting with attendance of appointments, shopping, errands, dining, meal preparation, cleaning, transportation and laundry. Some home life services we provide are: assisting with bathing & dressing, house cleaning, meal preparation, attendance at doctor's appointments, medication reminders, health monitoring, daily assisted living, and assistance with exercise. Additionally, we can provide our clients with in-home companion service that provides the most professional and competent in-home or in-hospital care. We customize service and offer anywhere from 1 to 24 hour service, 365 days a year. A case manager/coordinator is also available 24 hours a day! This is a perfect role for you if you have a background in and a passion for adult caregiving. You will work on a per diem basis in personalized, one-on-one settings in the patient's home, caring for adults at all acuity levels and across a wide range of different population groups. We will provide you with plenty of support and resources to assist you. Job Responsibilities As a Home Care Aide, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality patient care according to the specific orders of each patient's individual physician or the client’s needs.. This is a perfect opportunity for you a Registered Nurse will create the care plan for you and the client.

Specific duties will tend to include the following: Requirements:  A Home Health Aide certificate  Flexible schedule  Available for overtime, weekends, holidays  Must have reliable transportation to get to work  Minimum age 18 years of age  Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs frequently  Must be able to communicate and work well with managers, company personnel, and other employees  Must be a team player and have the ability to adapt to changing work environment  Must be able to pass drug screening and back ground check  Felony/misdemeanor background reviewed by AHCA on a case by case basis Job Duties and Responsibilities:  Must be willing to do some weekends  Knowledge and experience with the elderly  Knowledge and experience in home maintenance  Other duties as assigned  Ability to safely use medical equipment after training  Knowledge of home health care standards and quality care  Knowledge of safety rules and regulations  Have safe work practices  Prefer previous home health care experience, but will train the right individual  Hourly salary is negotiable (typically between $10.00/hour to $12.00/hour)  This position is subject to a 90 day introductory period  Please email resumes to Accu-Care Human Resources at: [email protected] Accu-Care is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer, committed to hiring a diverse workforce.
